![]() It is even below IPID 10, and xpanel is a first party product so the whole hex/dec conversion that can happen with 3rd party devices above IPID 10 should not be an issue.Ĭould this be a certificate issue? I don't know what the symptoms would be of a bad cert, but I would think if it was a CA issue I wouldn't even see the xpanel project at all when connecting to that IP. The symptoms do go along with an incorrect IPID, but it is the correct IPID. Where do I go from here? As I stated I did contact Crestron for support and the response was "everything looks good and it should work".Įdit: standard xpanels work just fine. ![]() It is a DMPS3-300-C and I tried the "core3xpanelweb" commend in the console for more info but it came back as an invalid command. I can connect to the ip address of the processor and it does load the xpanel project but it never actually connects with the control system (showing as offline in toolbox, and none of the smart graphics are loading). In VTPro I have the host connection set to the loopback IP ( 127.0.0.1), the ipid is set to match the xpanel defined in my program, and I the port is set to 41794 (I have also tried 4176 as I do have authentication turned on but changing ports did not help). ![]() I am trying to host web xpanels on my processors but I am having some issues, I have talked to Crestron support and they said everything is configured properly so it should work.
